Also, you may not post any material which is defamatory, abusive, racist, sexually oriented, threatening, etc. You agree that Fish-Tails.net has the right to edit, move, or remove content, in our discretion and without notice. All content expresses the views of the person who posted it, not necessarily the views of Fish-Tails.net.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fish-Tails.net, its staff and agents, and InfoPop (the makers of the site software) for any claim based on transmission or maintenance of your messages or submissions, and also for your use or misuse of any information provided to you. Fish-Tails.net does not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information. Such information includes but is not limited to: Tides, weather, maps, GPS coordinates, forum posts, personal messages, etc.
You must be a legal resident of the United States. If you are between age 13 and 18, your parents must contact us to set up an account for you. If you are below age 13, you may not use Fish-Tails.net.
Guidelines for Photographs Please keep photos fishing-related and observe the following guidelines: No nudity. No T-backs. No excessively small swimwear or other clothing. No lingerie. No see through clothing. No depiction of any person who appears to be nude or any sexually suggestive content. You grant Fish-Tails.net the right to use submitted photos as part of the site, which may include modification of a photo or its caption and the addition of a Fish-Tails.net watermark. You may link from another site to your photos on Fish-Tails.net so long as the watermark is not changed or obscured. Posts linking to images that are outside the Fish-Tails.net photo gallery are discouraged, unless those images are owned by you and they are hosted on a site which allows linking.
Moderation Considering the real time nature of this site, it is impossible for Fish-Tails.net to review all content or confirm its validity. Fish-Tails.net is not obligated to monitor, moderate, or otherwise control content, and any monitoring and moderation, if provided at all, is not real time or continuous. Any user who feels that posted material is objectionable is encouraged to contact Fish-Tails.net. Content that requires moderation may result in a warning to the poster. Any user who receives three warnings in a six month period may be suspended for one month. Any user who is suspended three times may be banned permanently. If you disagree with the decision of a moderator, you may appeal to the owner(s) of the site. Arguing with or attacking moderators will result in an immediate one month suspension. Conduct that may subject you to a permanent ban includes: Any violation of law committed on this site or any hosted site. Posting or linking to anything pornographic. Spamming. Hacking. Bypassing any security feature of the site. Providing false registration information. Registering under multiple user names without notifying the staff of Fish-Tails.net.
You agree that any legal dispute against Fish-Tails.net or any of its staff or agents shall be resolved by a mediator agreed to by the parties, with costs assessed as determined by the mediator. In the event that mediation is unsuccessful, you agree that your sole remedy will be binding arbitration, conducted according to the laws of the State of Florida, in the County of Duval, Florida, by an arbitrator agreed to by the parties. Jurisdiction over all disputes shall be in and according to the laws governing the County of Duval in the State of Florida.
