Hunting Season growing near
      #31772 - 09/14/07 10:50 PM

Ok all you hunters, bow season is getting ready to open, and I can't wait to see who posts pics of the first member kill of the season. Hmm, I wonder who it's gonna be? It could be a new annual contest with a prize or something. I haven't hunted in years, since I gave it up to fish instead. Maybe Fish-Tails could do a tourney for first deer, buck with most points, turkey with longest beard, and so on. What do you think?? Kinda like the NEFIC with a hunting twist.

Why go fishing when you can save gas and pick them up off the beach?? Where's my gig??

Excellent idea ... but ... we gotta put fishing tournaments first for now. Not forever, but for now.

But first, change the forum name from "Fish-Tails" to "Buck-Tails".

Mark said that's what the -tails stood for. Fish for fishing and tails for hunting.

Where's all the pics and posts??? I know some of you have had to kill something by now. If not, there's got to be some hungry people with the marine weather all screwed up the way it's been.

ive never been hunting and would like to go sometime, but ill honestly say i could not afford to hunt and fish regularly, fishing alone is enough to break the bank
